5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers using PetStay Connect agree to:

• Keep vaccination records up to date
• Inform the business of any medical conditions or special requirements
• Comply with cancellation policies set by individual businesses
• Make payments as agreed for services booked

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. PetStay Connect is not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual businesses. PetStay Connect provides the tools for businesses to manage these policies but is not responsible for refund disputes between businesses and customers.

8. Liability

PetStay Connect provides a platform to facilitate bookings but is not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by boarding facilities
• Any injury, illness, or incident involving pets while in the care of boarding facilities
• Disputes between customers and businesses
• Data loss or technical issues (though we make reasonable efforts to prevent these)

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using PetStay Connect, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
